1. Disband all fleets

2. Do not harvest any more resources from warehouse

3. Spend as much resources as possible

*you can do so by constructing buildings/ships/research/donate to corps

4. This will leave the raider with minimal loot and zero Shootdowns

(Works when player is online/offline)

*If possible, use Truce Card and you will be protected for 12 hours
